2.2 Programme Payment Policy
-
Customers will be invoiced prior to the start of each term, and full payment must be made before the term commences in order to confirm participation.
-
If a customer enrols mid-term, they will be required to pay the pro-rata amount upfront, based on the number of remaining classes in that term.
-
Unless a payment arrangement has been made directly with Tennis Life, participation will not be permitted until payment has been received.
2.3 Changes, Transfers and Cancellations
-
You may cancel or amend your enrolment at least 7 days before the Programme start date.
-
Changes within 7 days are only permitted as a transfer to another suitable participant.
-
You will be automatically re-enrolled in the next term unless you notify us in writing before the current term ends.
2.4 Missed Sessions Policy
Tennis Life understands that from time-to-time players may miss sessions. The following policies apply depending on the reason for the absence:
2.4.1 Missed Sessions – Personal Reasons
-
If a player is unable to attend a scheduled class for personal reasons (e.g. travel, other commitments), they must notify the absence via the Tennis Life Portal or App at least 8 hours before the class start time.
-
This will enable the player to book a make-up class, subject to availability and not guaranteed, in another class of a similar level within the same term.
-
Players are entitled to a maximum of two make-up classes per term, per class registered.
-
If an absence is not notified at least 8 hours in advance, the player forfeits the class, and no make-up credit or refund will be issued.
2.4.2 Missed Sessions – Injury or Illness
-
If a player is unable to attend classes due to injury or illness and will miss more than 50% of the term, they may be eligible for a 50% credit for the missed sessions.
-
A valid doctor’s certificate must be provided to Tennis Life in order to qualify for this credit.
-
The credit will be applied to the customer’s Tennis Life account and can be used towards a future Programme.
2.4.3 Class Cancellations – Wet Weather or Unsafe Conditions
-
Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to wet weather or unsafe court conditions.
-
In the event of cancellation, Tennis Life will offer one of the following:
-
A make-up session, subject to availability; or
-
A credit to the customer’s account for the value of the missed class if a make-up session is not possible.
-

-
Email hello@tennislife.nz for any coaching-related questions.
2.6 Amendments
-
These terms may be updated at any time. New terms will apply only to future enrolments.

-
Participants must show respect to others and follow staff instructions.
-
Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the Programme.
2.8 Trial Class Policy

Trial sessions may be offered at our discretion.
