Hot Shots Tennis
Blue Stage

Building the Foundations for Sport and Tennis

The Blue Stage is where a child's tennis journey begins. At this age, the focus is not on perfect technique or competition. Instead, children develop the fundamental movement skills that help them succeed in tennis and many other sports.

Through games and interactive activities, players learn how to run, jump, balance, throw, catch and strike while building confidence and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. These skills form the foundation for future learning both on and off the court

What they'll learn

  • Balance and coordination

  • Throwing and catching skills

  • Racquet and ball control

  • Listening and teamwork

  • Confidence and independence
